HELICOPTER FLIGHT OVER THE LOST CITY (of the Sierra Nevada/Santa Marta) AND OVER THE NATURAL PARK OF TAYRONA.

LaHeroica.com is offering a helicopter tour over the natural park of Tayrona and the Sierra Nevada. From the air you will admire small indian villages and an amazing view over the mountains and the jungle of the Sierra Nevada. At the end of the flight you will fly over the most beautiful coastline Colombias, with amazing beaches. The flight can take from 1:30 hour and 3:00 hours depending from which airport we will start.

TARIFFS:

The tariffs of this plan depends on many details. There are 3 different airports from which we can start - Santa Marta, Barranquilla and Cartagena being the first airport the cheapest solution and the last one the most expensive due to the distance from the destination.
The flight has to be reserved at least one week before, due to the time we need to elaborate the different permissions.
The availibility of the helicopters sometimes is only sure 1 or 2 days before the flight and the last check that has to be done is the meteorological situation a few hours/minutes before the flight.
There are 2 types o helicopters - a Hughes 500 with 3 passenger seats and a Bell 212 with 8-9 passenger seats. The costs per person depends at the end from the airport, type of helicopter and the number of persons which takes part of the trip. To have more or less an idea it can be around 750 and 1100 US Dolars per person.
