This house is located close to the Plaza Santo Domingo, in the historical center of Cartagena. This excellent constructed colonial house has 4 bedrooms, all of them with air condition, international TV and private bathroom. You will also find a pool in the groundfloor patio.

The tariffs include 1 house employee and all service costs. Our tariffs do not include taxes. To rent our houses we set up a contract. We require a security deposit of a day’s rent. We need 50% of the total payment to guarantee the availability and the other 50% plus the security deposit have to be paid 10 days before arrival. Forms of payment: bank transaction, credit card or cash.
