CASA DE LA FACTORIA is located right in the middle of the tourist center of Cartagena and the Santo Domingo Square. It is a colonial construction with large windows and doors. This particular construction offers its guests two levels plus one terrace – watch tower from where you can watch the romantic sunsets behind the Cartagena walls.

On the first level, you a\can find a large social space that has a pool, a living room, a family room with international television decorated with Caribbean colors, wicker hand made furniture and wrought iron lamps like in colonial times Cartagena.  We also find there a discrete and cozy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen

Bedrooms: 4 - in classic colonial style
Accomodation: 2 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 single rooms and two one the second floors. One of these bedrooms is the mater bedroom with a king size bed and the other one with two single beds.

All of the rooms have air conditioning, fans, and private bathrooms.
