HOUSES in Cartagena

Casa Blanca is located in the tourist sector of Cartagena de Indias near the beach, near Hotel Las Americas Global Resort and only five minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from the historical center of Cartagena de Indias.

It is a three-story mansion restored in 2006 with a Bali (Indonesian) architecture style. It has seven bedrooms for a maximum of 26 people. Each bedroom has its private bathroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Accomodation: 4 bedrooms with 2 double-beds. 2 Bedrooms with one double-bed. One presidential suite with a kings-size bed. An extra room outside in the backyard with space for 4 persons which may be used for employees.

On the groundfloor you will find the large fully equipped kitchen with an open space to the dining room (seats for 10 people), 2 bedrooms each one with a double bed and private bathroom and the living room, equipped with a plasma TV, overlooking the spacious recreation part where you can find a big pool and an area with a bar and the access to the beach.

The parking space, the employees facilities and an extra bedroom with capacity for another 4 persons (for example bodyguards or personal employees) are located in the backyard.

On the first floor there is a living space with TV and 4 more bedrooms. 2 of them with double-bed, private bathroom and a spacious terrace with view over the pool to the ocean. The other 2 are equipped with 2 double-beds each and a sofa which can be also used as extra single-bed. Each one has its private bathroom and a little independent balcony.

On the second floor is the main spacious bedroom with super kingsize bed (2x2m) with a glassfront overlooking a huge terrace and ocean-view. This room has an open bathroom, a room for clothes and another terrace looking to the backside of the house. And of course there is Direct-TV and aircondition.

3 house employees will take care of the guests and are included in the price. An extra cook can be organized  for ~10 USD per day.
