The Apartment offers its guests a relaxed and comfortable stay in modern interior surroundings with an espectacular view over never ending beaches at the shores of the Carribean Sea.
Its location is ideal for bringing your kids and practicing watersports like sailing, windsurfing or skysurfing. It is the perfect place for rowing into the sunset or running lots of kilometers at the beach.

The service includes an employee for maintenance, service and housekeeping.
The apartment has direct access to the sea.

The tariffs include 1 house employee and all service costs.
Our tariffs do not include taxes. To rent our houses we set up a contract. We require a security deposit of a day’s rent. We need 50% of the total payment to guarantee the availability and the other 50% plus the security deposit have to be paid 10 days before arrival.
Forms of payment: bank transaction, credit card or cash.
