The location is only 30 meters from the beaches of the touristical mainspot Laguito and ideal for watersports and childrens. Close by are various supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The service includes an employee for maintenance, service and housekeeping. The building has 24h surveillance services.

We need 50% of the total payment to guarantee the availability and the other 50% plus the security deposit have to be paid 10 days before arrival.
