The service includes 1 house employee which is for the cleaning and maintenance of the apartment and for the service of its guests to make them feel like at home.

We need 50% of the total payment to guarantee the availability and the other 50% plus the security deposit have to be paid 10 days before arrival. Forms of payment: bank transaction, credit card or cash.
