Our tariffs do not include taxes. To rent our houses we set up a contract. We require a security deposit of a day’s rent. We need 50% of the total payment to guarantee the availability and the other 50% plus the security deposit have to be paid 10 days before arrival. Forms of payment: bank transaction, credit card or cash.
